Deepika Padukone looked insanely hot in a Rohit Bal sari at the premiere of the French film Tournee at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival on Thursday, May 13

It was the 24-year-old Bollywood star's first appearance at Cannes, and the first time a celebrity has walked the Cannes red carpet in the traditional Indian dress.

However, considering the amount of skin Deepika was showing, it is moot how traditional was her version of the sari.

Tournee (On Tour), directed by Mathieu Amalric, is being screened in the competition section.

Deepika was at the event as brand ambassador for liquor brand Chivas Regal.

The actress was elegance personified on the red carpet and must have left many bedazzled with her mesmerizing smile.
